Refund & Replacement Policy
At We Craft Box, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive customer experience.
Because our boxes are prepared and shipped quickly, we are unable to offer refunds on products that have already shipped. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and up to date.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. Damaged items will be replaced; refunds will not be issued for damaged products.
If a subscription is canceled before the full term is completed, customers may request a refund for any boxes that have not yet shipped. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
